What to expect at Apple Spring Loaded event
What Apple will release next week is anybody’s guess. We could not identify any specifics from the product banner they just released.
We are however expecting Apple to release an update to the iPad Pro and the iPad Mini lineup despite the chip shortage facing the industry right now. There are rumors that they might delay shipment for the larger iPad Pro due to Mini-LED production issues but let’s wait till next week to find out. A refreshed iMac, Apple TV, and AirPods are also all rumored to be a possibility to be released.
The “AirTags” that has been rumored for several months now may see it’s debut release next week. We have seen Apple making preparations with it’s Find My application over the last few iOS updates. It is possible we will be seeing new case colors for the iPhone 12 lineup. As the title comes with the ‘loaded’, there might be few other surprises coming to you as well.
Finally, we believe that they will release the major iOS 14.5 update on that day as well. The update features the highly controversial App Tracking Transparency that may affect the advertising industry but brings privacy controls back to the hands of iPhone users.
